Muhidin Gemeda
Professional
Muhidin Gemeda is a professional with over 20 years of experience in Project Design and Management, Risk Management and Insurance, Marketing and Human Resource Management. He has an MBA in Business Administration. He has served in advisory roles in Oromia regional government sector offices, Regional President’s Office/ Organizational Reforms/ and contributed to the development of local NGOs as a board member and assisting with grant management training, fund raising and other capacities. He is now serving as a Vice President of the 20-20 Open College and as a consultant for several Companies.
Tibebu Benyam (MD, MPH)

I have a degree of Doctor of Medicine from Addis Ababa University Gondar College of Medical Sciences and Masters of Public Health from Umea University, Sweden. Currently, I am a Technical Lead for Primary Health Care Transformation Initiative (PTI) Project in Ethiopia implemented by Yale Global Health Leadership Initiative of Yale School of Public Health. I have previous work experiences as a physician and public health specialist at public hospitals and research institutions. I have also the experience of working for international NGO’s in the last eight years including Management Sciences for Health (MSH) and Jhpiego in implementing USAID’s funded projects of Heal TB, Maternal and Child Health Integrated Program (MCHIP) and Strengthening Human Resource for Health (S-HRH).
Duretti Haji Tura
Duretti Haji Tura has an MA in Educational Research and Development, BA in Management and Public Administration (Management). Also a Certificate in Project Management for Development Professionals and Course Certificate from DCA Global Leadership Training – University College Copenhagen.
She has 20 years of work experience in Bilateral, International and National nongovernmental organizations working under different capacities. 15 years of my work experiences are directly related to programmes management in development as well as humanitarian settings and successfully designed several projects in thematic areas of: Education, WASH, Cash Based Intervention for Emergency Response, Livelihood and Food Security Improvement, Child Welfare Program, GBV Prevention and Response.
Duretti is an expert in Result Based Management with Gender Transformative approach and very sensitive on gender issues, and strongly believes that every intervention should address gender inequalities.
She closely worked with pastoralist communities, urban poor, agrarian communities, internally displaced as well as refugee communities also working in Ethiopia, Sudan and Bangladesh in development programmes and emergency responses.

Abonesh Mulatu
Abonesh Mulatu brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the board making in valuable contribution to the strategic direction and overall success of the organization with distinguished career spanning more than 35 years of experience in health related service. Abonesh has consistently demonstrated health related research understanding.
Beyond her professional accomplishment, Abonesh has known for her dedication. She has actively participated in community outreach program, National health implementation policy and different TOT training provision and understanding of international and local NGO implementing approach she has.
Abonesh Mulatu happening as essential asset to the Board, ensuring the organizational remain at the front of social innovation and excellence.

Yohannes Binyam
Yohannes obtained an M.Sc. degree in Natural Resource Management from University of Life Science of Norway (August 1991 – June 1993) and obtained a B.Sc. degree in Animal Sciences from Haramaya University (September 1983 – June 1987).
He worked in both the public and NGO sectors. Regarding the NGO sector, He has been working for the Stand for Vulnerable Organization (SVO) (a local NGO established in 2006) in the position of Human Resource and Administration Head, for about eight years. project implemented in Addis Ababa from 2017 to 2018 and participated in the preparation of concept notes and proposals. As SVO had implemented a USAID funded Agricultural Algae/Duckweed Innovation Project, He is well acquainted with the policies, procedures, requirements and rules of the USAID for NGOs implementing USAID funded projects. He is also well acquainted with the Government policies with regards to NGOs and the projects that the NGOs implement.
He also worked for the Ministry of Water on the position of Environmentalist, for Nifas Silk-Lafto Sub City on the position of Environmental Conservation and Pollution Control Expert and for the National Urban Planning Institute on positions of Economy Researcher, Agriculturalist, Project Coordinator and Planning and Program expert.

Osman is a certified accountant who has extensive experience in taxation and financial reporting in Ethiopia. He has been Finance Head in Euro Cable PLC. Osman currently is working with twelve companies as Tax Accountant and Financial Department Head.
